Do I need to be registered with RMR to practice and play?
Players must be registered with the RMR/USAV, and must provide proof of that registration.
How many teams will you have per age group?
The number of teams will depend on the number of players trying out and skill level of those players.
How many players are on each team?
Each team will have between 8-12 players depending on the number of girls that try out. Our goal is to have 10 girls per team.
How do you handle multi-sport athletes?
We encourage multi-sport athletes. Practices are flexible however, tournaments are MANDATORY. Communication between all parties is crucial to make this work. Multi-sport athletes are required to attend at least 1 practice per week while their high school season is in progress.
Is playing time guaranteed?
Every player is guaranteed practice time, training, and the same opportunities to improve their skills. However there is no guaranteed playing time at tournaments. Playing time is based on skill, positional need, ATTITUDE and effort.
What if my player is injured or quits the team?
Once you have signed the written agreement, you have committed to the team and are financially responsible for the entre club season. Fees will still be due whether the player is injured, quits or is dismissed for any reason. The majority of our club fees are incurred during the beginning of the club season, and the fees you pay are based on the number of players on each team which includes YOU.
